What seems to be the problem?

Motor doesn't respond

Is the motor charged or plugged in?
Does it have electricity?
Is the remote battery OK (lights up)?
Does the remote work on other shades?
Are you using the right channel on the remote (some have multiple channels)?

Doesn't stop where it's supposed to

Sounds like the set limits on your motor have been changed. This can happen if multiple remote buttons are pressed simultaneously or if the motor has completely discharged.

Squeaking or other noise

Some dry lubrication might help. Spray some dry silicon lubricant into the axis of the roller where it ends. Avoid spraying directly on fabrics or motors. If motorized, apply ONLY on the non-motor side.
